Fuel stop recommendations
When a truck is running low, FleetData picks the cheaper diesel stops along the route and sends them by email, Dialpad, or both.
FleetData makes or saves money on the loads you already run. It sends cheaper fuel stops, and it emails dispatch when a reefer trailer does not match the booked load. $299 a month plus $10 per active truck.

Fuel stops and reefer alerts are features. They stay while they save or protect cash. The next one is added when paying carriers ask for it.

When a trailer's setpoint or mode does not match the booked load, dispatch gets an email with the trip, the trailer, and what the unit is doing.
Fuel picks go out by email, text or a Samsara message to the driver. Other delivery channels can be added.
The reefer alert names the trip and the required setting. It does not estimate a claim value. The point is to correct the unit while the load can still be saved.
$299 a month plus $10 for each truck that ran a load that month. Pay annually and the price is 25% lower. Onboarding is free.
Features are added or removed based on what carriers actually need. If it does not put money in the business, it does not stay.
FleetData reads the systems you already run, then sends a short instruction to the person who can act on it.

Fuel level, diesel prices, and reefer readings come from tools already in the operation. Recommendations go out by email and Dialpad.

An active truck is any truck that ran at least one load during the month. On a monthly plan, a truck that sat in the yard is not billed. On an annual plan, the truck count is fixed at the number of active trucks when the contract is signed.
Monthly and annual plans can be cancelled with 2 months' written notice to info@fleetdata.pro. The plan stays active, and is billed as usual, through the notice period.
